Diabetic Supplies

I'm 26 and I have type 1 diabetes. I'm not a student, I'm not married and I am a musician so I do not take advantage of the current work. I have health insurance in the U.S., but not to work in Europe. Due to German laws reagarding work, I had to cheap EHIC does not cover pre-existing conditions (also known as diabetes) to buy. I am currently Büsing supplies and insulin in the U.S. after he was sent here, but it is very expensive. Any suggestions and / or advice is welcome! Please help!
